8. Delivery

Delivery availability depends on your location and the vendor's configured delivery zones. 5minsaway.com is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, or vendor preparation times.

• Vendors opt in during registration by providing a mobile number and checking the SMS consent box; they then receive text alerts when an order is placed at their store and about their account.
• Message frequency varies based on order activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
